Congo Basin & Rwanda
An Intimate Eco-tour with Vianet
Join me on a rare, small-group expedition deep into the Congo Basin — one of Earth’s last great wildernesses. Here, ancient rainforest canopies hide cathedral-like clearings where forest elephants gather at dusk, and western lowland gorillas move like shadows through the undergrowth. This is raw, untamed Africa. No fences. No crowds. Just you, the forest, and its secrets.
A unique lifetime experience
This is more than a trip. It’s a front-row seat to biodiversity at its most spectacular.
We’ll track gorilla families with expert Ba’Aka guides, listen to the dawn chorus of 400+ bird species, and drift down blackwater rivers where dragonflies skim and hippos surface in silence. Every step supports local communities and frontline conservation — because true ecotourism leaves the forest richer than it found it.
Then, we cross into Rwanda’s mist-draped volcanoes for a humbling encounter with mountain gorillas. Lock eyes with a silverback. Watch infants tumble in the bamboo. Feel time stop.
